Zusammenfassung

Haut- und Nagelveränderungen, die während der Krankheit oder unter der Therapie auftreten, können Patienten und Angehörige sowohl physisch als auch psychisch und sozial sehr belasten, denn der Krebs wird sichtbar. Diese Veränderungen, gleich welcher Ursache, führen regelmäßig zu teils schweren, auch kosmetischen Beeinträchtigungen. Pflegende können durch Erfassung und Beurteilung dieser Veränderungen und durch geeignete Interventionen das Ausmaß der unerwünschten Wirkungen und damit die Belastungen für die Betroffenen deutlich vermindern
