18. Fatigue bei Patienten mit Krebserkrankung

Zusammenfassung

Krebsassozierte Fatigue ist eine häufig auftretende, oft lang dauernde Nebenwirkung der Krebserkrankung oder Tumortherapie. Sie ist verbunden mit einer Reduktion der gesundheitsbezogenen Lebensqualität und auch funktionaler Beeinträchtigung, kognitiv, emotional oder physisch. In chronifizierter Form kann sie auch noch Jahre nach Abschluss der Tumortherapie die Überlebenden belasten. Es werden Interventionen zur Reduktion der Belastung und zum Umgang mit Fatigue vorgestellt.
