Zusammenfassung

Maßnahmen zu Sekretolyse und Sekretexpektoration orientieren sich an der Grunderkrankung und den Komorbiditäten der Patienten*innen und müssen an die jeweiligen funktionellen Probleme angepasst und mit ihnen kombiniert werden. Sie bestehen aus medikamentösen und nichtmedikamentösen Maßnahmen.
