Zusammenfassung

Bei der operativen Planung muss eine Klassifizierung der Destruktion durchgeführt werden, und danach wird das Vorgehen festgelegt, wobei entscheidend ist, ob das Gelenk erhalten werden kann. Bei den gelenkerhaltenden Eingriffen sind die Arthroskopie, die Synovektomie und die Umstellungsosteotomie zu erwähnen. Falls das Gelenk destruiert ist, kann eine Resektionsarthroplastik oder ein Gelenkersatz durchgeführt werden. Auch beim rheumatischen Gelenk werden die modernen Gelenkpaarungen und minimal-invasive Zugänge eingesetzt.
