22. Rheuma und rheumatologische Pharmakotherapie in der Schwangerschaft

Zusammenfassung

Unkontrollierte entzündliche Prozesse im Körper erschweren bzw. verhindern den Eintritt einer Schwangerschaft. Dementsprechend ist für eine geplante Schwangerschaft eine ruhige Krankheitsphase günstig. Eine Schwangerschaft kann bei einer Rheumapatientin in Abhängigkeit von der Grundkrankheit und der laufenden medizinischen Therapie eine Risikoschwangerschaft sein, welche eine interdisziplinäre medizinische Betreuung erfordert. Der Beitrag beschreibt einige wichtige rheumatische Erkrankungen und ihren Einfluss auf die Schwangerschaft und informiert über die Pharmakotherapie in der Schwangerschaft und Stillzeit unter Einbeziehung der aktuellen Datenlage.
