Zusammenfassung

Eine wichtige Voraussetzung in der medikamentösen Behandlung ist das Wissen um mögliche Nebenwirkungen ebenso wie das frühzeitige Erkennen von Arzneimittelzwischenfällen. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt häufige und auch weniger häufige, aber bedeutsame Nebenwirkungen im Zusammenhang mit der medikamentösen Behandlung von Patienten mit entzündlich-rheumatischen Erkrankungen und liefert Fallbeispiele zur Untermauerung.
