Zusammenfassung

Die systematische Ausbildung junger Chirurgen ist eine der Schlüsselaufgaben jeder Klinik, wenn eine nachhaltige hohe Behandlungsqualität erreicht werden soll. Die Qualität der Ausbildung entscheidet auch über die Dauer der Lernkurve. Das vorliegende Kapitel beschreibt detailliert, wie dies in einer großen Klinik ablaufen soll.
