Zusammenfassung

Unter Spondyloarthritiden versteht man entzündlich-rheumatische Erkrankungen, die einige typische klinische, serologische und genetische Gemeinsamkeiten aufweisen. Charakteristisch ist eine Beteiligung des Achsenskeletts, der Sehnenansätze im Sinne einer Enthesitis (z. B. ein Fersenschmerz) oder eine asymmetrische Oligoarthritis der unteren Extremitäten. Auch extraartikuläre Manifestationen wie eine Uveitis anterior sind häufig nachweisbar. Ihnen zugeordnet werden unter anderem die axiale Spondylarthritis (Morbus Bechterew), die Psoriasisarthritis, die reaktiven Arthritiden und die enteropathischen Arthritiden. Der Beitrag beschreibt Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede der angeführten Erkrankungen und informiert ausführlich über diagnostische und aktuelle therapeutische Schritte.
