Onkologische Patienten erwarten hochkompetente Fachpersonen, die effektiv zusammenarbeiten. Sie spüren schnell, wenn es unter den Fachpersonen zu Ungereimtheiten kommt. Dies kann zu schlechteren Ergebnissen führen, v. a. wenn bei fortgeschrittenen Krebsleiden ein problemfokussierter Ansatz im Vordergrund steht. Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit, bei der Fachpersonen auf gleicher Ebene zielführend mit Patienten zusammenarbeiten, will gelernt sein. Erleichternde Faktoren sind offene Kommunikation, gemeinsame Dokumentation, strukturierte verknüpfte Prozesse und vorgelebtes Miteinander. …
